Role Overview

Poor fittings and welding can cause premature failure and more repair. The Labor Force has a large number of qualified Bangladeshi welders working in the fabrication, construction, industrial, and commercial sectors. Our welders and manufacturers are tasked with taking the thoughts of products and turning them into a metal reality through a variety of sophisticated methods.

Our Testing Lab is properly equipped to conduct a thorough applicant screening procedure. Recruiters can execute an efficient interview with the assistance of our highly qualified instructor who is certified and experienced in a variety of welding methodologies. Many welders have been sent to Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates (particularly Dubai), Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf countries. While recruiting or exporting people from Bangladesh to source nations, we adhere to the International Labor Organization's (ILO) regulations and rules.
